Billing, cancellation और refunds कैसे काम करते हैं?
Subscriptions advance में bill होती हैं और हर period में तब तक automatically renew होती हैं जब तक आप cancel न करें। आप कभी भी cancel कर सकते हैं और जिस period का आपने पहले से pay किया है उसके अंत तक access रख सकते हैं, उसके बाद कोई और charge नहीं। Fees non-refundable हैं, सिवाय जहाँ law द्वारा आवश्यक हो, और cancel करने से आपको current period के लिए refund या proration का हक़ नहीं मिलता।
क्या आप मेरा credit card या payment details store करते हैं?
नहीं। PicoPixel आपकी credit card या payment information store नहीं करता, और हमारे पास इसका कभी access नहीं होता। सभी payments एक dedicated third-party payment processor द्वारा handle किए जाते हैं — आपके card की details सीधे processor के पास जाती हैं और उनके secure, PCI-compliant systems पर store होती हैं, हमारे पास नहीं। हमें सिर्फ़ इसकी confirmation मिलती है कि payment सफल हुआ, कभी card data नहीं।
Owner और team projects में क्या अंतर है?
Owner projects आपका अपना private work हैं — ये किसी team से अलग, आपके personal account के साथ रहते हैं। Team projects एक team के अंदर shared होते हैं, जहाँ आपके invite किए गए लोग free account पर भी team plan की limits के साथ इनमें काम कर सकते हैं। Per-project limits (size and saved assets) दोनों के लिए same हैं और आपके बनाए हर project पर लागू होती हैं।
